SECRETARY'S REPORT: Corrections to Mankato and Jon Lund. Vicki D. moved to approve the minutes, with the two changes mentioned. Seconded by Cliff S. Approved.

TREASURER'S REPORT: Kim S. moved to approve the report. Seconded by Pam M. Approved.

OLD BUSINESS:

SLATE OF OFFICERS FOR 2002-2003: President-Elect - Pam Matti, Secretary - Ginger Kaufman,
Treasurer - Vicki Saulitis, Representative-At-Large - Pam Weller-Dengel

Call for additional nominations. No additional nominations. Vicki D. moved to accept the nominated slate of officers for the 2002-2003 year. Seconded by Cliff S. Accepted by the membership.

The MCUCSA Executive Board for 2002-03: President - Margie, Past-President - Ed, President Elect - Pam M., Secretary - Ginger, Treasurer - Vicki S., Representatives At Large - Pam W.D. & Julie

NEW BUSINESS:

2002-03 MEETING DATES AND LOCATIONS - Dates are suggested and will be confirmed later.

Fall 2002 Meeting = St. Ben's on Friday, November 1st
Spring 2003 Meeting = MN State U., Mankato on Friday, March 7, 2003
Summer 2003 Meeting = Arrowwood Resort, Alexandria, June 11-13, 2003

Cynthia will explore the possibility of the Summer 2004 Meeting at the St. James Hotel in Red Wing.

2002 GRADUATE & PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL BROCHURE - Julie distributed the "master copy" for each school. 'Thank you' to Ann for editing.

PROGRAMMING COMMITTEE FOR 2002-03 - Members will be Pam Braun, Kim Swanson, Tracy Modory, Deenna Latus-Jacobsen, and Gary Donovan (to be confirmed)

OTHER ANNOUNCEMENTS - Brad reported they have a Career Counselor position open at St. Olaf. It is a 10-month, ¾ time position.
