Booth area opens for set up.

9:45 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Job Fair changes and updates briefing.

10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Information booths should be staffed during this time to provide candidates with an opportunity to meet school representatives and to schedule interview appointments. District presentations conducted during this time must be prearranged when registering to attend the Job Fair.

10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Conduct interviews with candidates that you have selected prior to or during the Fair in the interviewing area.

12:00 p.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Lunch served for registered representatives. Booths remain open so please schedule your staff accordingly.

3:00 p.m.

Booth area closes.

4:00 p.m.

Hospitality area closes.

5:00 p.m.

Interview area closes and Job Fair ends.
