Exhibit Hall Load-In/Load-Out Directions
Hyatt Regency Minneapolis
Exhibit booths can be loaded in and out of the Exhibit Hall through the Ex-Hall Loading Dock door located on the south side of the Hotel (Grant Street between Nicollet Mall and LaSalle Avenue).
If door is open upon arrival, proceed with loading in and placing booth in specified location.
If door is closed upon arrival, proceed to entrance located on the west side of the Hotel (LaSalle Avenue between Grant Street and 12
th
Street). From there, proceed to the Security office to inform them of your name and company. The Security office will then open the Ex-Hall loading dock door where load-in can take place.
Immediately after loading in, vehicles must not remain parked on the loading dock drive, but rather proceed to the parking ramp connected to the hotel. If oversized vehicle parking is needed, special arrangements can be made at nearby parking lots.

for supplying any “cover carpeting”, plastic and/or plywood sheeting deemed necessary to protect the Exhibit Hall carpet from damage due to moisture, dirt, oil, debris, or other damages that may be caused by the move in, placement and/or move out of exhibits.

BOTH
inside
and
outside the Exhibit Hall, HOWEVER an
Inside
forklift/hi-low
AND/OR
an
Outside
forklift/hi-low may be used. Outside forklift/hi-low is NOT allowed past concrete apron inside Exhibit Hall. Inside forklift/hi-low must have tape applied to its wheels to prevent matting of the carpet.
Any materials being used to attach or suspend items from the ceiling must be approved by the hotel and must be completely removed at the conclusion of the exhibit show. Nailing or taping materials to the walls is strictly prohibited.
Any printed materials left at the conclusion of the exhibit show will be discarded unless otherwise arranged with hotel management.
